A Marshall County man was arrested Tuesday on drug charges after police say his vehicle was spotted weaving on a highway. Average retail gasoline prices in Kentucky have risen 10.0 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.36 a gallon Sunday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 2,623 gas outlets in Kentucky.
