Going 2-14 generally doesn't create a lot of buzz for a team as a free agent destination.

Hiring defensive coach Dick LeBeau has plenty excited about his arrival in Tennessee this offseason.

Outside linebacker Brian Orakpo is looking to re-ignite his career after suffering a torn pectoral muscle in 2014, and he said Monday that LeBeau made moving to the Titans from the Washington Redskins an easy decision for him as a free agent.

Orakpo says he gets to be coached by the Hall of Famer, making his decision a "no brainer" to sign with Tennessee.

The Titans started their offseason program Monday. The 77-year-old LeBeau will oversee the Titans' defense after leaving Pittsburgh in January and joining former Steelers assistants in Tennessee.
