The beginner level, which costs $65 per player, is for children currently in kindergarten through 2nd grade. Players must be at least four years old to participate. Beginners will meet from 2 until 3 pm. The intermediate level is for current 3rd through 12th graders who are new to the sport or who are not active in summer USTA tournaments. The intermediate level, which costs $85 per player, will meet from 2 until 3:30 pm. The advanced level, which costs $115 per player, is for players active in summer USTA tournaments. Advanced players will play from 3:30 until 5 pm.
Registration is available at the Paducah Parks & Recreation office located at 1400 H.C. Mathis Dr., Monday through Friday, from 8 am until 5 pm or online at www.paducahky.gov/parks-recreation-department. The pre-registration deadline is Thursday, April 11. Registration also will be available on-site on April 14 during the first day of the clinics at the Chad Gamble Tennis Courts. However, since the number of participants will be limited, pre-registration is encouraged.
