Hobbs Turns In Fastest 'Iron Mom' Time

PADUCAH, KY - Paducah's Eric Hobbs ran the fastest half marathon Saturday at the Paducah Iron Mom event.

Over six hundred runners took to the city's streets and park trails in a fundraiser for Family Service Society of Paducah and McCracken County, which was hosted by Lourdes Hospital and Mercy Health Partners.

Hobbs' overall winning time of 1:24:15.77 was tops among 167 men who ran as individuals or in various relay team formats.
Hobbs also won the male 40-49 age group.

The fastest female of 406 who competed was Abby Reeves of Carrier Mills, IL, with a time of 1:35:54.74, which also won the 30-39 age group.
