Taylor and Stephens both finished with 5-over 77's. Both qualified for next week's state tournament in Bowling Green.
Marshall County's Hallie Riley, Murray's Mary Browder Howell and Crittenden County's Lauren Gilchrist finished tied for third at 9-over 81. Marshall County's Megan Hertter finished sixth at 11-over 83, and St. Mary's Margaret Butts was seventh at 13-over 85.
Gilchrist, Butts and Caldwell County's Campbell Knoth (86) qualified for state as individuals. Murray's Howell also qualified for state as an individual, but is unable to participate.
As a team, Marshall County won their second straight regional title with a score of 346. The top four for the Lady Marshals were Riley (81), Hertter (83), Savannah Howell (89) and Sydney Phillips (93).
Stephens led McCracken County to a second place finish. The Lady Mustangs finished five shots behind Marshall with a team score of 351. Caitlin Herndon shot 89. Alison Hane shot 90 and Carley Beatty shot 95.
Both Marshall and McCracken will compete at next week's state tournament.
