Coach Simmons was Head Coach for the Lady Marshals for seven seasons where he led his teams to an overall record of 178-59 including two District Championships and three consecutive Regional Championships from 2012-2014.

Coach Simmons says, “I have been offered an opportunity that my family and I could not pass up. I have enjoyed my seven years at Marshall County and will always cherish the time that I had to serve as the Head Coach of the Lady Marshals. I want to thank all my current and former assistant coaches, players, and support staff for all their hard work and dedication to the program. I want to especially thank all of the loyal fans for the encouragement they have given our teams over the past seven seasons. Also, I would like to thank the administration for their support and allowing me the opportunity to be a part of the most storied program in the Commonwealth.”

We would like to thank Coach Simmons for his hard work and dedication that he has put in to our Lady Marshal Basketball program the past seven years and wish him great success in his new job.
