By West Kentucky Star Staff
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY - McCracken County High School has named Bryan Hantak as the next Women’s Soccer Head Coach. Hantak takes over for Jeff Hill, who resigned from his position in December.

Last year, Hantak joined McCracken County High School as an Assistant Coach for the Men’s Soccer Team. He had previously been the Men’s Varsity Head Coach from 2010 to 2015 at Allen High School in Allen, Texas. Hantak also served as an Assistant Coach for Austin College, University of Dallas, Fontbonne University and Missouri Baptist University.

“After being lucky enough to work with Coach Wiersema and the boys for a year, I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the girls,” Hantak said. “I have coached at several schools, but have found that there is something special about McCracken and I can't wait to get started working with the girls to help them reach their potential and their dreams!”

“Coach Hantak’s experience at both the high school and college soccer levels will be a tremendous asset for McCracken County student-athletes,” Athletic Director Kris Garrett said.  “We are so excited for the future of our Women’s soccer program.”
