Dante Vandeven threw two touchdown passes, Tremane McCullough ran for a career-high 220 yards and Southeast Missouri beat Murray State 27-10 on Saturday night.

Vandeven completed 16 of 25 throws for 221 yards, sending both touchdown passes to Paul McRoberts, who had 169 yards on eight receptions. McCullough had 27 carries and a touchdown and became the first Southeast Missouri player since 2011 to rush for more than 200 yards in a game.

Trailing 7-3, the Redhawks (2-3, 1-0 Ohio Valley) took the lead for good with McRoberts' 24-yard TD grab just before the half to cap a 99-yard drive. Ryan McCrum, who kicked a 25-yard field goal to put Southeast Missouri on the board, had a 30-yarder with 2:35 left to end the scoring.

Murray State (1-4, 0-2) got 148 yards rushing and a touchdown from Roman Clay and KD Humphries threw for 359 yards and an interception.
