The Biletnikoff Award annually recognizes the outstanding receiver in college football. Any player, regardless of position (wide receiver, tight end, slot back, and running back) who catches a pass is eligible for the award.
Parker is one of the game's most dominating wide receivers after a productive 2013 season. The 6-foot-3 wide out caught 55 passes for 885 yards and tied a school record with 12 touchdown receptions last year. In the Russell Athletic Bowl win over the Hurricanes, Parker registered 142 yards receiving and a score.
For his career, Parker has 113 receptions for 1,920 yards and 28 touchdowns, which is the third-most in school history. Parker is averaging 16.9 yards a reception during his first three seasons.
