By UofL Athletics
LOUISVILLE, KY - Louisville will play its second straight on the road during a stretch with four of five games on the road as the Cardinals face the Boston College Eagles in Chestnut Hill, Mass. on Wednesday. The Cardinals plan to depart Louisville on a flight mid-day Wednesday. Severe weather with a heavy blizzard threatened to postpone the game, but improving conditions and much work on snow removal is expected to allow the event to take place as scheduled.

Louisville won 80-68 at Pittsburgh on Jan. 25 as the Cardinals connected on 65.2 percent of their shots from the field, their best effort since 1993. Terry Rozier (26 points, 6 assists), Chris Jones (17 points, 9 assists) and Montrezl Harrell (18 points 7 rebounds) paced the Cards.

Boston College (9-9, 1-5) picked up their first ACC victory of the season with a 64-62 victory at Georgia Tech on Jan. 25 as Olivier Hanlan led the Eagles with 25 points and seven rebounds.

Hanlan, a junior guard, leads Boston College in scoring (16.8 ppg, fifth in the ACC), assists (4.5 apg, seventh in the ACC) and steals (1.6 spg, eighth in the ACC), one of two players in the ACC to rank among the top 10 in scoring, assists and steals. Boston College is 120th in the ratings percentage index (RPI) and 111th in the Sagarin Ratings through Jan. 25. The Eagles have held double-digit leads in 12 of its 18 games this year.
