University of Louisville junior forward Montrezl Harrell has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the second time in the five weeks this season in a vote by a select media panel.

Harrell, who was also named the National Player of the Week by CBSSports.com, averaged 20.0 points, 14.0 rebounds, 2.0 steals and shot 63.3 percent from the field in a pair of Louisville victories. He totaled 21 points, 11 rebounds, seven dunks and two steals against Indiana in the Jimmy V Classic as he became the Cardinals' career dunk leader (165).

The Tarboro, North Carolina, product produced his 17th career double-double and his fifth straight with 19 points, a career-high 17 rebounds, two blocked shots and two steals in Sunday night's win over UNC Wilmington. Harrell has scored in double figures in an ACC-leading 21 consecutive games and is averaging a double-double on the season (17.0 points, 10.4 rebounds). He ranks 12th in the nation in rebounding.
