Paducah took home a 5-1 victory over Owensboro Sunday night at Brooks Stadium.

Mason Vineyard got the win for the Chiefs. He lasted six and two-thirds innings, allowing two hits and one run while striking out five. Isaiah Glidden threw two and a third innings in relief out of the bullpen. Glidden recorded the last seven outs to earn the save for Paducah.

Thomas Cessna took the loss for the RiverDawgs. He allowed eight hits and four runs over four innings, striking out three.

The Chiefs collected 12 hits on the night. Peyton Sockwell, Tyler Hubbard, Andrew Lannon and Blake Johnson each had multiple hits. Sockwell went 4-for-5 at the plate to lead Paducah.

Bryce Walker led Owensboro with two hits in four at bats.
