The Paducah Chiefs took their game in dramatic walk-off fashion Tuesday night, thanks to a walk-off single at the end of the game to topple Madisonville. The game was tied at two when Kevin Brenning singled on a 2-0 count, giving the Chiefs a 3-2 win at Brooks Stadium.

Tanner Smith led the Chiefs to victory. He surrendered one run on four hits over two and a third innings, striking out one with no walks.

Nicholas Rathke took the loss for Madisonville. He surrendered three runs on nine hits over eight and two-thirds innings, striking out four.

Stone Selby started the game for Paducah. He lasted six and two-thirds innings, allowing nine hits and one run while striking out three.

The Chiefs racked up ten hits on the day. Peyton Sockwell and Brenning each racked up multiple hits for Paducah. Sockwell went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead the way.
