Tony W. Nethery, 73, of Paducah, KY, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Tony was born in Selmer, Tennessee on September 10, 1943 to Tidwell and Athalene Nethery. After retiring from the Paducah Police Department, he was the owner/operator of Nethery’s Heating and Air Service. He was a gun enthusiast, who enjoyed woodworking, camping, fishing, motorcycle riding and the great outdoors.
Mr. Nethery is survived by his wife, Judy Faye Bevins Nethery; his sons, Phillip Nethery and wife Karen, of Jackson, Mississippi, Brian Nethery, of Paducah, KY; his brothers, Jimmy Nethery and wife Brenda, of Gunnison, Mississippi, Donald Nethery and wife Kathy, of Paducah, KY; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
Mr. Nethery was preceded in death by his parents, Tidwell Wilford Nethery and Athalene Russom Nethery.
A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 pm Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah. O.D. Joiner will officiate.
A memorial visitation will be held from 12:30-2:00 pm Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah.
