Thomas ‘Gage’ Blackford, 26, of Clarksville, Tennessee formerly of Ballard County, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Thomas ‘Gage’ was born on August 25, 1992 in Paducah, Kentucky. He attended Henderson County High School and was a 2010 graduate of Ballard County High School. He was a Sales Representative for Terminix and a member of Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Thomas ‘Gage’ was artistic, enjoyed playing the guitar,loved sports and was a dedicated and loving father.
Thomas ‘Gage’ is survived by his son, Thomas Lars Blackford of Clarksville, Tennessee; his mother, Winona Tubbs Daugherty of Henderson, Kentucky; his father, Thomas ‘Tom’ Blackford of Ballard County; three sisters, MacKenzie Blackford of Ballard County, Hayden Blackford of Paducah and Sara Vaughn of Henderson, Kentucky; his paternal grandparents, Billy Joe and Eva Jean Westerfield Blackford of Ballard County, Kentucky; his maternal grandmother, Paula Monica Tubbs of Paducah, Kentucky; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Louis Tubbs Jr.; a great- grandmother, Bessie Tubbs; and an uncle, James Tubbs.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Paul Tucker and Rev. Drew Gray officiating. A private family burial will be held at Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery on a later date.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
