Ruth Boldry Story, 92, of Paducah, died Thursday, September 03, 2015 at 5:15am at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.
Ruth was born in Kevil, KY on June 1, 1923 to the late R.T. and Estelle Johnson Boldry. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church and retired from Florsheim Shoe Factory.
Surviving are her children, Leon Story of Wickliffe, KY, Linda Bullock and husband Gene of Ellston, IA, Tom Story and wife Alice of Union, KY, and Glenn Story and wife Amy of West Paducah, KY; seven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and eleven great-great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Hilton Story; daughter-in-law, Johnnie Faye Story; sister, Louise Cooper; grandson, Chris Story; great-great granddaughter, Hannah Lee Graves; and her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Saturday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Dr. Jason Browning and Dr. Ken Story officiating. Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5-8pm and up until the service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
