Richard “Doc” Evans, 70, of Mayfield, died Thursday morning, April 23rd, 2015 at Lourdes Hospital of Paducah. Mr. Evans was retired from retail liquor sales and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
He is survived by two sisters, Beverly (Jerry) Humes of Mayfield, and Lynnette (John) Love Gueovjian of Savanna, Ga.; one niece, Terri Humes of Salem, Ky.; and one nephew, Gary (Jane) Humes of Fort Atkinson, Wis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, CR “Doc” and Bernice Barwick Evans; and one nephew, Douglas Humes.
Graveside service will be Tuesday April 28th 2015 at 11am at Brooks Memorial Park in Paducah with Dr. Kenneth Brown officiating. There will be no visitation.
