Richard Dale Czerwien, 71, of Paducah, died Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Lourdes Hospital.
Richard was born in Pennsylvania on November 11, 1946. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam conflict. After moving to Paducah, he served as manager of LePaul’s Gas Station. He was a life member of VFW Post #1191.
Surviving are his wife, Susan Kaye Turner Czerwien; daughters, Amanda Grace Czerwien and Misty Adele Czerwien; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, June Adele Hummel Czerwien; and brother, Robert Hummel.
Graveside services will be held at 10am Thursday at Maplelawn Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
