Ms. Megan Forth, 28, of Murray, passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Murray Calloway County Hospital.
Megan was born on October 21, 1990 in Murray, KY to David Forth and Karen Reynolds.
She is preceded in death by a daughter, Lyla Forth.
In addition to her parents she is survived by two sons, Jackson Christopher Forth and Caleb Harrison; a sister, Mandy Forth and best friend and partner in life, Nathan Harrison.
The funeral service for Megan is set for 1 PM on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Imes Funeral Home & Crematory, downtown Murray. Mrs. Marilyn McComb will officiate and burial will follow at Hicks Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers include Hannah Black, Emilee James, Taylor Walker, Jessica Cook, Brooke Sally.
The family will receive visitors from 5 PM-7 PM on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the funeral home.
