Marilyn Bynum, age 80 of Paducah passed away at 2:26 p.m. Friday, May 3, 2019 at Lifecare Center in LaCenter, KY. Marilyn was of Christian Faith and a retired Registered Nurse from Lourdes Hospital. Marilyn was a native of Sparta, TN and received her nursing degree from Tennessee Tech. She enjoyed reading and sewing.
Survivors include one daughter, Beth (Ed) Dulworth of LaCenter, KY; one son, Pat (April) Bynum of Paducah, KY; four grandchildren, Nathan Bynum, Macy Kate Bynum, Evan Dulworth and Emily Dulworth.
Preceding in death were her father, James Smith; mother, Esther Saunders Thompson and one grandson, Eric Dulworth.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at Oaklawn Memorial Cemetery in Sparta, TN with R.V. Billings officiating. There will be no public visitation in Paducah.
