Louise Langston, age 93 of Paducah died Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Parkview Nursing and Rehab in Paducah. She was born the daughter of the late Virgil Cannon and the late Hallie Mae Jackson Cannon. She was a member of Victory Assembly Worship Center. She was of the pentecostal faith.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home in Paducah with Bro. Gary DeRossett and Bro. Roger Whetstone officiating. Burial will follow in Maplelawn Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.; and Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour. Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by five grandchildren: Melanie Rogers (Gene) of Melber, Kevin Brannon (Lynn) of Melber, Shelli Parks (Deron) of Melber, Jamie Brannon (Lissa) of Paducah, and Jason Cain (Adrienne) of Mayfield; multiple great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; her step-son: Donnie Langston (Arlene) of San Diego, California; her step daughter: Linda Harbert of Paducah; her son-in-law: Kelly Brannon of Melber; her daughter-in-law: Carol Cain of Paducah; her step-daughter-in-law: Mary Langston of Woodstock, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands: E.C. Cain, Jr, and J.R. Langston; her sons: Ronnie Earl Cain, and Steve Cain; her daughter: Sondra Cain Brannon; her brothers: Carl Wayne Cannon, and Junior Cannon; her sister: JoAnn Bryant Cain; her great granddaughter: Nikki Jones; and her step-son: Richard Langston.
