Gregory Keith Mason, 61, of Paducah, KY, passed away on Tuesday, December 26th, 2017 at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY.
Keith was born on April 4th, 1956 in Cairo, IL to Charles Henry Mason III and Betty Lowery Mason. After graduating from Paducah Tilghman High School in 1974, Keith attended the University of Kentucky where he graduated with a degree in Business. He then went on to work for more than 25 years as a supervisor at USEC.
Keith can best be remembered as a dedicated and loving family man and “Papaw” to his grandchildren. His two dogs, Dixie and Dru Bear, were also a big part of his life. Outside of family, he also loved spending time working on his lawn and serving as a Hospice volunteer in his free time.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years and the love of his life, Susan (Bray) Mason of Paducah, KY; one son, Greg Mason and wife Bethany (Adams) Mason of Lexington, KY; one daughter, Marie Mason of Paducah, KY; two grandchildren, Bray Mason and Henry Mason; his father, Charles Henry Mason III and wife Sandy Mason of Winter Springs, FL one sister, Ann Barclay of Winter Springs, FL; several brother and sister-in laws as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Mason and one brother, Chris Mason.
Funeral services will be held at 5 pm on Friday, December 29th, 2017 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah with Rev. Todd Hawkins officiating. Visitation will begin at 3 pm on Friday at the Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
