Kathryne Elise Robinson, 59, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at 12:00 P.M. Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Bowling Green Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Kathy was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 23, 1960 to William Boyce Conway and Mary Ethel Henderson Conway.
Owner of The Kentucky Voice and Uniquely U Beauty Emporium, creator of The Genesis House and Enlightening Women For Growth, she was a woman driven to bridge the community together. Her desire was to help others and inspire them to work together in building a healthy community. She was always looking for ways to lead through ministry.
Kathy is survived by her husband of 29 years, Ernie Robinson; her daughters, Gabrielle Garnett (John), of Alton, Illinois, Ariel Robinson, of Nashville, Tennessee; her son Julien Robinson, of Benton, Kentucky; her sister, Karla Conway, of Schaumburg, Illinois; her brothers, Kevin Conway (Monica), of Port St. Lucie, Florida, Kolburn Conway (Laurie), of Fort Worth, Texas; her grandchildren, Aliyah, Karmyn and Mariah Robinson.
Kathy was preceded in death by both parents and her brother Keith Conway.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 27, 2019 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Dr. Nathan Joyce officiating. Burial will follow at Brook Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the funeral home.
