Robert Jeremy Miller, age 46, of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Livingston Co., passed away on Friday, December 1, 2017 in Phoenix, AZ.
Jeremy was a member of Smithland First Baptist Church and was a Logistics Supervisor. He loved law enforcement. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, a Deputy Sheriff, EMT, medical helicopter dispatcher and volunteer fireman. Jeremy loved hiking especially Camelback Mountain. He loved to travel and spend time with family in Kentucky. He had lots of friends in lots of places.
Jeremy is survived by his mother, Michele Bell Herzog and husband Kenny of Paducah, KY; his father, Bill Miller and wife Jane of Paducah, KY; two brothers, Billy Miller and wife Tara of Paducah, KY and Ryan Herzog and wife Rachael of Boaz, KY; sister, Jennifer Young and husband Anthony of Dexter, KY; nephews, Brody Miller, Sebastian Camacho and Axel Herzog; nieces, Isla Herzog, Anna Wilkins, Brenna Parrish, Tristin Herzog, Elizabeth Herzog and Gretchen Herzog;
He was preceded in death by a brother, Dustin Herzog.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 8, 2017 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. F. Wayne Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Smithland Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at the funeral home.
