Mr. Jeffrey R. Werner, age 43 of Brookport, IL, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Baptist Health of Paducah.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 12, 2016 at the Brookport Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Darnell officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Sterling Church Cemetery.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife of 15 years, Sheila Werner; children, Lacey Werner and Blake Choate; mother, Sharon Werner; dad and stepmother, Earl and Kathy Werner; brother, Kevin Werner and wife Lisa; nephews, Dalton Werner and Jared Medley; cousin, Lyndall Werner.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Vera and Clarence Kineman Jr. and Mary Belle and Wilburn Werner.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at the Brookport Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
