Janet Hale, age 83, of Paducah, KY, passed away on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at her residence.
Janet was born on August 2, 1935 to the late Arthur and Mildred Broyles Hale. She received her Bachelor's degree from Florida State University and spent her career in the nursing field before retiring from Johns Hopkins University as Home Health Supervisor. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sparta.
Ms. Hale is survived by her nephew, Michael Hale and sister-in-law, Nettie Hall. She is also survived by her close friends and care givers, Rev. Alvin and Linda Moore.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Charles Hale, and her niece, Jennifer Hale Sherry.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah with Rev. Alvin Moore officiating.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until the 1:00 pm service time on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah.
