James “Patrick” Wathen, 62, of Paducah died on Friday, August 25, 2017 at his residence.
Mr. Wathen was an insulator with Local 37 and a swim coach.
Surviving are his daughter, Dashia Wathen of Vienna, IL; three brothers, Michael Eugene Wathen, Mark Anthony Wathen, and Joseph Glen Wathen; and four sisters, Paula Kissar, Teresa Wathen, Elizabeth Earlene Richardson, and Margie Ann Sheppard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Earl Wathen and Catherine E. Wathen; and two brothers.
Services will be held at a later date.
Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
