Paducah | Oct. 02, 1951 | Sep. 14, 2017

Jim was born on October 2, 1951 in Paducah, KY to Robert Thomas Warmack and Thelma Lee Hunt Warmack, who both preceded him in death. He died peacefully with his family in attendance on September 14, 2017.

He served in the Illinois National Guard, worked at Union Carbide in Paducah as an electrician, and worked at EEI in Joppa as an instrument mechanic.

After Jim retired, he became an instrument consultant for Pacific Technical Resources. This job afforded him the luxury of travel, which he loved. He went all over the American west and took in the sights of several national parks. He never tired of being outdoors.

Jim leaves behind his wife of many years, Cathy Obourn Warmack, and their two daughters: Sarah Goode (Matthew) and their sons Nolan, James, and Harris; and Emily Walker (Micah), and their daughters Eastyn and Kendall. All of Jim's immediate family resides in Paducah.

He had two older brothers: William Warmack (Barbara) of Vienna, IL and their daughter Lorylee Hensley (Dwayne) survive him; and Tommy Warmack (Sharyn) preceded him in death.

Visitation for Jim will be from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at Milner and Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah. His memorial service will follow, beginning at 2:00 with Mariann Lankton officiating.
