Howard Steven Howell, age 62, died at Baptist Health in Paducah at 12:06 a.m. on Friday, July 29, 2016.
He was a trucker and of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his daughters, Malissa Howell of Wickliffe and Haley Howell of Bardwell; his sons, Steven “Bubba” Howell of Wickliffe and Virgil Howell of Arlington; sisters, Carol McKelly of Wickliffe, Bonita Spencer of Wickliffe, and Tracy Creel of Arlington: brother, Ray Howell of Wickliffe; grandson, Baylan Culbertson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Howell; parents, Virgil and Gloria Miller Howell.
