Hollis L. Champion, 81, of Naples, FL, formerly of Paducah died at 12:33 AM Monday, August 25, 2014 at Naples Community Hospital.
Mrs. Champion was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her son Bobby Johnson and wife Sheila of Wisconsin; daughter, Gloria Oxendine and husband John of Naples, FL; daughter, Linda Comstock (deceased 8-26-2014); brother, Russell Brown and wife Shirley of Paducah; sister, Robbie Green of Paducah; sister in-law, Phyllis Brown of Paducah; 7 grandchildren, Holly Johnson, Robert Johnson, Elizabeth Johnson, Sidney Johnson. Brent Comstock, Paul Oxendine and John David Oxendine; 2 great grandchildren, Mali Comstock, Benjamin Comstock; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Champion; parents, Roy Brown and Mary (Caldwell) Brown; 1 brother; 2 sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Jim Glover officiating. Burial will follow at Rosebower Cemetery of Paducah.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, August 29, 2014 at the funeral home.
