Florence Wise, 89, of Metropolis formerly of Milwaukee WI, passed away at 6:00 pm on Monday, September 22, 2014 at Metropolis Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
She was a district manager for Avon Cosmetics and of the Lutheran Faith.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Jensen, of Oak Creek WI; her three sons, David Wise of Metropolis, IL, Chuck Wise of Janesville, WI, Dale Wise of Paducah, KY; 15 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Gladys Wise; three brothers, Frances Cunningham, Charles Cunningham, and Donald Cunningham, and one granddaughter. Her parents were Charles Cunningham and Frances Manz Cunningham.
A memorial service is scheduled for Mrs. Wise at 3:00 pm Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. David Appold officiating. Visitation for Mrs. Wise will be from 1:00 pm until 3:pm Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
