Mrs. Esther Helen Belt, age 94, of Paducah, KY, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation in Paducah.
Mrs. Belt was a homemaker, and a member of Southland Baptist Temple.
She is survived by her daughters, Christine Smith (David) of Paducah, KY, and Imogene Shoulta of Browning, IL; sons, Deon Belt (Janet) and Wayne Belt (JoAnn) both of West Paducah, KY; sisters, Mary Gilland (Bobby) of Marion, KY, Pauline Brown of Marion, KY, and Birdie Meyers of Princeton, KY; brothers, Billy Tinsley (Jane) of Marion, KY, and Herschel Tinsley (Myrtle) of Birmingham, AL; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Belt; sister, Katie Todd; brothers, Jack, Jim and Eugene Tinsley; and her parents Elzie and Eddie Tinsley.
Funeral services will be 1 PM, Saturday, May 4, 2019, at Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services with Rev. Jimmy Franks officiating. Burial will follow at White’s Chapel Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family from 12 PM until the funeral hour on Saturday, May 4, 2019, in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services in Salem, KY.
