Carolyn Weitlauf Webb, 84, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at 1:58 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Oakview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Webb was a graduate of the St. John School System. She was a retired Supervisor with Bell South and a member of the Telephone Pioneer of America. She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church where she was instrumental in the funding of the St. Thomas More Chapel. She was supporter and a contributor to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Carolyn is survived by her nephews and nieces, Michael ‘Mickey’ Weitlauf, Larry Weitlauf, Stan Weitlauf, Pat Harper and Mendy Weitlauf Shelton; several special nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Alvin B. Webb; four brothers, Charles Athol Weitlauf, Willard Andrew Weitlauf, Stephen ‘Bobby’ Weitlauf and Tooney Weitlauf. Her parents were Andrew and Ruth Toon Weitlauf.
A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 19, 2018 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church with Rev. Brad Whistle officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the service time of 11:00 a.m. at the church.
