Betty Ruth Riley, 78, of Paducah, KY died Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Baptist Health Care of Paducah. Betty was a member of Southland Baptist Temple, and a homemaker. She was a poll worker for many elections during the years.
Survivors include three daughters, Ruthann Henley and husband Bobby of Reidland, KY, Debbie Wilson and Lois Argo both of Paducah, KY; two sons, Jesse Wiggins and wife Vickie of Paducah, KY, Harold Riley and wife Kathryn of Paducah, KY; one sister, Maudie Laverne Dick, two brothers, Paul Worley and wife Pam of Heath, KY, Donnie Worley, Princeton, KY; 11 grandchildren, Shanna (Shannon) Crockett, Adam (Heather) Reams), Robert Reams, Sarah (Craig) Hamilton, Grant (Olivia) Wiggins, Andrew (Jessica) Argo, Mary Riley, Jonathan Riley, Emily Wilson, Morgan Wiggins and Melody Buchanan; 13 great-grandchildren, Mark Reams, Jakob Reams, Sam Crockett, Sarina Hamilton, Alex Spears, Hattie Crockett, Thomas Argo, Elijah Hamilton, Cheyann Argo, Laney Reams, Wesley Reams, Corbyn Hamilton and Max Wiggins, several nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death were husband, Jimmie L. Riley, parents, Sherwood “Bernie” Stephens and Hattie Pearl Kell, one brother, Melvin “Eugene” Worley.
Services will be held Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Topper Council officiating. Burial will follow at the Riley Cemetery in Golo. Friends may call on Wednesday September 3, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
