Benjamin “Ben” Pease, 76, of Paducah, formerly of Cunningham, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Continue Care of Paducah.
Ben was born August 8, 1942 in Zeigler, Illinois to the late Spurgeon Benjamin Pease and Cecile Mae Bayless Pease. He was a member of Lone Oak First Baptist Church. Ben loved deer hunting and fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandsons. He loved to cut up and make people laugh. Ben was a true UK basketball fan.
He is survived by one daughter, Rhonda King and husband, Philip, of Bardwell; one step-daughter, Debbie Armour and husband, Don, of Cunningham; one half-sister, Edith Kelly of Lexington, Kentucky; two grandsons, Braxten and Kylen King and three step-grandchildren, Cindy, Amanda and Holly.
Ben was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Sue Waller Pease; one half-brother, Earl Beaty and his parents.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell with Rev. Rodney Bice officiating. Burial will follow the service at Kirbyton Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service on Monday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell.
