William "Kenny" Lawrence, age 61 of Benton, KY died on Thursday, January 19, 2017, at his home. He was retired from the Murray Housing Authority where he worked in maintenance. He was a member of Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Born Monday, April 4, 1955 in Highland Park, MI, he was the son of the late Bobby Lawrence and the late Dorothy (McKinney) Lawrence.
Surviving are his wife, Susan (Hall) "Suzy" Lawrence of Benton, KY, son, Will Lawrence of Benton, KY, daughter, Leigh Lawrence of Benton, KY, step-brother, Rodney Lawrence of Georgia, and sister, Torie Lawrence of Murray, KY.
A Graveside Funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Kirksey, KY. Rev. James Fulton, and Rev. Randy Lowe officiating.
Inurnment will follow the service in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Kirksey, KY.
No public visitation is scheduled.
