Mr. William Fulton "Billy" Morgan, age 51 of Benton, KY, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2017, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN.
Born Wednesday, May 12, 1965 in Middletown, OH, he was the son of the late Jack Morgan, Sr., he was a retired Industrial Painter with the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades at the Fort Pierce Power Plant, Fort Pierce, FL. He was a member of Hardin Baptist Church where he was active in the Dounut and Coffee Ministry.
Surviving are his wife, Cindy (Miller) Morgan of Benton, KY, his mother, Nancy (Crane) Keys of Benton, KY, three sons, William Fulton Morgan, Jr. of San Diego, CA, Robert Colby Morgan of Camp Springs, MD, Jacob Cody Morgan of San Diego, CA, two step-sons, Lee Eric Gay of Benton, KY and Lewis Gregory Gay of Dresden, TN, one daughter, Victoria Lyn Morgan of Santa Clara, CA, two brothers, J.R. Cowen of Benton, KY and Jack Morgan, Jr. of Benton, KY, two sisters, Glenda Southerland of Benton, KY and Nadine Wood of Okeechobee, FL. Also surviving are nine granddaughters and one grandson.
He was preceded in death by his biological father and his father, Arthur Getty.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th St., Benton, KY 42025.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 21, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the Hardin Baptist Church, Hardin, KY. Bro. Chris Allen will officiate.
Honorary pallbearers will be the West Kentucky Game Breeders Association.
Friends may visit with the family after 4:00 p.m. until the service hour at 5:00 p.m. at the Hardin Baptist Church, 6867 U.S. Hwy 641, Hardin, KY 42048.
