Valerie Mullen Stinnett, 64, of Benton, KY, died Monday, March 24, 2014 at 5:15 p.m. at Lourdes Hospital. She was of Baptist faith and a retired Licensed Practical Nurse.
Survivors include one daughter, Lynn Walker, Gilbertsville, KY; one son, Todd McMurtry, Calvert City, KY; two sisters, Glenda Sue Mullen Taylor, Cadiz, KY, Gail Mullen Carver, Paducah, KY one brother, Jerry Lee Mullen, Lone Oak, KY; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death was her husband, James “Jim” Stinnett, parents, Clyde Lee Mullen & Mildred Maxine Warren Mullen.
Services will be held, Friday, March 28, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Jarry Merritt officiating. Burial will follow at Leeper Cemetery in Livingston County. Friends may call Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
