Tincy C. Morris age 92 passed away Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Lake Way Nursing & Rehab Center in Benton, KY. Tincy was a former resident of Lone Oak, Ky and was a member of the Lone Oak Church of Christ for many years. The last nine years, Tincy has been a member of the Briensburg Church of Christ. She was a graduate of Melber High School. Tincy enjoyed traveling and being with family and especially the grandchildren. She enjoyed people and wanted everyone to have fun, even these last two years at Lake Way of keeping nurses and residents laughing. The family extends its sincere appreciation to the staff of Lake Way Nursing Home for the respectful, loving personal care they showed to Tincy.
Survivors include one daughter, Gail Morris Fuller and husband Barry of Gilbertsville, KY; one son, Reedy Morris of Gilbertsville, KY; two grandchildren, Barry Shannon Fuller and wife Laura of Raymond, MS; Tina Fuller Gill and husband Rice of Allensville, KY; five great-grandchildren, Alex Fuller, Ella Fuller, Leah Gill, Hannah Gill and Sarah Gill; several nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death was her husband, Howard Russell Morris; parents, Joe Carney & Sally Jackson Carney; four sisters, Adelle Mullican, Billie Gallemore, Sulia Watson and Tibbie Nanney and one brother, Reed Carney.
Services will be held Monday, October 13, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Gary Knuckles officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Kenton Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday, October 12, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
