Thelma Lucille Ward

Thelma Lucille Owens Ward, 93 of Calvert City, formerly of Clinton passed away at 4:13 PM Monday, August 22, 2016 at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Center.  She was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church and a homemaker.  She is survived by her daughters, Martha Ann Evans of Virginia; Mary Eugenia Scott of Peachtree City, GA; son, Billy M. Ward of Calvert City, KY, 8 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Mary Eugenia Swain Owens, husband, Billy Dale Ward, 2 sisters and 4 brothers.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Shiloh United Methodist Church with Rev. Gregory Waldrop officiating.  Burial will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery.  Friends may call after 11:00 AM on Saturday at the Shiloh Methodist Church.  Donations:  Shiloh Cemetery, c/o Pam Ward, 567 Berry Rd., Clinton, KY 42031.  Brown Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of arrangements.
