Ronald (Ron) O’Neal Newbold, 65, of Smithland died on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at his residence.
Mr. Newbold was a maintenance manager and of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed traveling and riding his Harley. Other hobbies include fishing, cooking and collecting guns.
He is survived by his lifetime partner, Nora Miller; a son, Michael Newbold (Renae) of Florida; his mother, Jennie Barnes of Smithland; a brother, Jeff Newbold (Teressa) of Illinois; 3 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Rick Newbold.
Memorial services will be at 6:00pm on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Smith Funeral Chapel with Rev. Glenn Coram officiating.
Friends may visit the family from 5:00pm to service hour on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the funeral home.
