Robert Lee Mannon Sr., 86, of Gilbertsville died on Monday September 8, 2014 at his home.
Mr. Mannon was a retired riverboat captain.
Surviving are two sons, Robert Mannon Jr. of Paducah, Mark Mannon of Paducah; three daughters, Jackie Riley of Paducah, Margaret Orr of Gilbertsville, Shirley Lewis of Gilbertsville; one brother, Claudie Mannon of Reidland; eleven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Jean Mannon, four brothers, and one sister. His parents were Grover Cleveland Mannon and Chloe Mannon.
Graveside services will be at 11:00am on Thursday at Maplelawn Park Cemetery with the Rev. Topper Council officiating.
Friends may call from 5:00pm – 8:00pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.
