Rev. Charles K. Westfall, age 89 of Gilbertsville, KY died on Sunday, March 12, 2017, at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY. He was a member of Vaughn's Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He was a retired minister and was also retired from Arkema. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corp and the US Army.
Born Sunday, September 25, 1927 in Broadrun, WV, he was the son of the late Roy E. Westfall and the late Thelma (Kennedy) Westfall.
Surviving are sons, Kenneth Westfall of Benton, KY, Keith Westfall of Benton, KY and Mark Westfall of Gilbertsville, KY, 2 brothers, 3 sisters, and 3 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Charlotte (Hurst) Westfall, 3 brothers, 4 sisters, and 1 granddaughter.
A Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 17, 2017 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, KY 42025 with Rev. Wendall Ordway and Rev. James Fulton officiating.
Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Crittenden County, KY.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Collier Funeral Home.
