Peggy Ford

Mrs. Peggy Ford, 74, of Dexter, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017 at the Anna Mae Owen Hospice House in Murray. "Aunt Peggy" was born June 14, 1943, in Calloway County, to the late Wavel and Sarah Phillips Pritchett. She was a member of Dexter Church of Christ and worked for Murray State University. In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ford and three brothers, Charles David Pritchett, James Pritchett and Willis Pritchett as well as nine half brothers and sisters. She is survived by a son, Mitchell Ford of Dexter; a sister, Irene (John) Dillon of Dexter and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM, Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Imes Funeral Home & Crematory, downtown Murray. Dan Sykes and Brett Miles will officiate. Burial will follow at the Stewart Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 PM, Monday July 31, 2017, Imes Funeral Home & Crematory, downtown Murray. Pallbearers will be Timmy Pritchett, Nathan Pritchett and Eddie Pritchett, Daniel Dillon, Michael Dillon and Robert Parks.
