Millie Thompson

Millie Thompson, 72, of Murray died Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.

Born January 26, 1942 in Golden Pond, Kentucky Mrs. Thompson was a member of the Scott's Grove Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Grant Higgins and Geneta Smith Higgins Washer; brother, Larry Higgins and sister, Ann Washer.

She survived by her husband, Danny Thompson of Murray; sons, David Thompson, wife Suzanne of Algonquin Illinois, Michael Thompson of Murray; brother, Freddie Higgins, wife Kathryn of Princeton; sister, Penelope Higgins of Rockford, Illinois; five grandchildren, two nieces and a nephew.

Funeral services for Mrs. Millie Thompson are set for 11 AM, Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the Heritage Chapel of Imes Funeral home & Crematory. John Denham will officiate. Burial will follow at the West Fork Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors between 5-8 PM on Monday, January 26 at the Heritage Chapel.
