Margie Lucille Carpenter

Mrs. Margie Lucille Carpenter, 83, of New Concord, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2017 at Murray Calloway County Hospital. She was born July 21,1934 in Memphis, TN. to the late Russell Rodgers and Ollie Sides Rodgers. She was a member of Christ The Rock Memphis and worked for Macdowell Industry as an inspector. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Rodgers and Russell Rodgers; three sisters, Mable Melcanon, Gloria Lee and Nancy Rodgers. She is survived by two daughters, Theresa (Johnny) Newton of New Concord, Madgleen Carpenter of Memphis, a sister, Shirley Cole of Paris, TN; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
