"Lil" David Allan John, age 23 of Benton, KY passed away Friday, July 14, 2017, at Marshall Co. Hospital E. R. in Benton, KY.
He was born Sunday, November 28, 1993 in Paducah , KY, he was a graduate of Marshall County High School and was participated in the Western Kentucky Special Olympics. David was of the Baptist Faith.
Surviving are his parents; Peter David John and Christine M. (Pemwell) John of Benton, KY; brother, Nathaniel John of Benton, KY; sister, Melody John of Benton, KY; nephew Parker Allen John of Benton, KY; and grandmother Linda K. Pemwell of Murray, KY.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Dan R. Pemwell and grandmother Shirley Parnell.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 19, 2017 in the chapel of Collier Funeral Home, 211 W. 5th, St., Benton, KY. Rev. Sammy Cunningham and Chuck Williams will officiate.
Interment will follow the service in the Murray City Cemetery, Murray, KY.
Friends may visit with the family between the hours of 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at the Collier Funeral Home of Benton, KY.
