Jerry Paul Bowlin, age 70 of Benton, KY, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2017, at his home. He was the owner and operator of Jerry Bowlin Truckilng and a member of the T.L. Jefferson Masonic Lodge 401.
Born Thursday, May 22, 1947 in Kennett, MO, he was the son of the late Bob Bowlin and the late Edna Bradford Bowlin. He was the husband of the late Jennie (Story) Bowlin.
Surviving are sons, Jason Reed of Lexington, KY and Jamie Reed and wife Sherry of Benton, KY, daughters, Mandy Harrington and husband Donald of Benton, KY and Paula Rudd and husband Scott of Benton, KY, brother, Johnny Bowlin and wife Lisa of Benton, KY; grandchildren Kayla Harrington, Mallory Harrington, Jordyn Reed, and Jessica Reed.
He was preceaded in death by his parents, wife, and brother, Jackie Bowlin.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, Kentucky 42025 with the Bro. Joel Frizzell and Kent Rudd officiating. Interment will be in Ford Cemetery, Benton, KY
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, January 1, 2018, at Collier Funeral Chapel, 211 West 5th St., Benton, KY.
