Janice Reed, 67, of Paducah, died Sunday afternoon, August 20, 2017 at Baptist Health of Paducah. Janice was a retired shift manager for McDonalds of Paducah. Janice was also a member of Gilbertsville Baptist Church.
Janice is survived by four sons, Ronnie Reed II of Middleburg, FL., Joe Reed of Paducah, Damon Reed of Paducah, and Justin Reed of Gilbertsville; one brother, William “Buster” Thompson of Paducah; three sisters, Jackie Finnell of Mayfield, Winona Thompson of Paducah, and Noma Fehr of Coal City, IL.; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Reed Sr.; her parents, Ezra and Mattie Alexander Thompson; two brothers; two sisters; and one grandson.
Friends can visit the family on Friday, August 25th, 2017 at Lindsey Funeral Home from 11am until 1pm.
Funeral services will begin at 1pm following visitation with Brother Darrell Walker officiating. Entombment will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery in Paducah.
