James Ruby Wayne Henson, age 87 of Benton, KY died on Thursday, November 19, 2015, at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah, KY. He was retired as a self employed commercial fisherman and was a veteran of the US Army.
Born Wednesday, November 7, 1928 in Marshall County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Cordie Henson and the late Mattie (Tatum) Henson.
Surviving are several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Buel Henson and Lowell "Bubby" Henson, sisters, Louise King and Madeline McDermott.
A Graveside Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 23, 2015 at Dunn Cemetery with Elder Robert Chandler officiating.
Interment will be follow in the Dunn Cemetery, Benton, KY.
Visitation will be held between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 23, 2015 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th Street, Benton, KY 42025.
